Residency Programme Kamov from Rijeka is offering a residency accomodation in period from August 2016 to August 2017, for creative individuals and collectives, theoriticians or researchers from the following fields:
• literature (writers and translators),
• visual and audiovisual arts,
• film, music, theatre, dance,
• other performing arts, and
• social sciences and humanities.
We offer an accommodation in two fully equipped apartments in the very centre of Rijeka. Unfortunately, all the other expenses such as fees, production costs, living expenses and travel costs are currently not covered by this grant.*
Applications can be made only by Croatian or foreign organizer of the residency, i.e. legal body such as cultural or educational organisation, association or institution, exclusively for creators whose permanent place of residence is not in Rijeka and surrounding area. Minimum length of stay in Kamov residency is 15 days and maximum is 3 months.**
All applications will be examined and evaluated by the Programme Council of Kamov Residency Programme and the City Department of Culture. Detailed conditions of the collaboration, the evaluation criteria for programme proposals and types of grants are explained in the System for evaluation of residency programmes.
Selected individuals and collectives, theoriticians or researchers are obliged to publicly present their work during the residency.

** Kamov residency does not support requests for short term stays during the public presentations of already existing projects.
